Warranty Policy

Non-Refundable Services

All payments for subscriptions, IQ World software, and CANSIGNAGE displays are non-refundable. Refunds will not be provided after a purchase is completed.

Terms and Conditions

During the warranty period, CANSIGNAGE will provide free repair services for our products according to the conditions outlined below.

Warranty Coverage

We offer a 1-year warranty for all our products, starting from the activation date.

What's NOT Covered Under Warranty

1. Damaged Products

  • • Damage sustained during transportation, relocation, or installation site modification
  • • Defective products resulting from incorrect customer installation or deviation from owner's manual and CANSIGNAGE instructions
  • • Products installed in unsuitable environments (high dust, oil mist, chemical substances, extreme temperatures, or high humidity)
  • • Damage from abuse, neglect, carelessness, incorrect maintenance or storage, acts of God, or circumstances beyond CANSIGNAGE's control
  • • External damage including water damage, power surges, lightning strikes, and power outages
  • • Display, open box, discounted, or refurbished goods with missing or damaged parts
  • • Damage caused by viruses, Trojan horses, worms, bugs, or other malicious software

2. Product Issues

  • • Problems caused by poor signal reception or incorrect setup
  • • Issues from using non-CANSIGNAGE recommended accessories, software, or parts
  • • Problems resulting from product modifications
  • • Issues from repairs or replacements by unauthorized service centers

3. Additional Exclusions

  • • Consumable components or add-ons (such as fuses or disposable batteries)
  • • Products with altered, vandalized, or removed original manufacturing serial numbers
  • • Image retention or sticking from displaying static images or patterns
  • • Display panel life calculated when lamp brightness exceeds 50% of original value

Software Usage Responsibilities

Customer Obligations:

  1. 1. Comply with all technological restrictions on software usage
  2. 2. Prohibited activities:
    • i) Circumventing technological restrictions in the software
    • ii) Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the program
    • iii) Duplicating software beyond agreed amounts
    • iv) Making software publicly available for replication
  3. 3. Software warranty does not cover defects from improper modifications, abuse, misuse, or non-intended usage

Important Notice

Items not covered by warranty will incur appropriate additional fees for repair or replacement services.
